Processing time
Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon-Sat. Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time.
We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.
Shipping time
Ship to the United States: 3-5 days. Shipped: Mon-Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/USPS/FedEx.
Ship to Canada: 4-7 days. Shipped: Mon-Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/FedEx.
Ship to Mexico, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 3-7 days. Shipped: Mon-Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL.
Ship to the United Arab Emirates: 7-10 days. Shipped: Mon-Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/FedEx.
Ship to South Africa: 7-10 days. Shipped: Mon-Sun. Shipment from China. Shipping Method: DHL/DPEX/TNT.

Attention: Although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 weeks cushion before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.
Shipping fee
For China, the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, it is also free shipping. For the rest of the world, we charge $22 for one order.
Please noticed:
- We don't process orders on Sunday, because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday.
- Processing & shipping times may be extended during holidays.
- In case of the tariff, the buyer needs to bear the tariff.
